Annual Returns
Local councils in Wales (town councils and community councils) and their joint committees must produce audited accounts each year.
To achieve this, they may use an Annual Return summarising their annual activities at the completion of the financial year.
Since 1st May 2015 the Welsh Govenment have required these annual audited accounts to be made available online.

Section 151 of the Local Government Measure 2011, requires Community and Town Councils to publish, within their authority area, the remuneration received by their members by 30 September following the end of the previous financial year.
